Translate a vague request into audience, behavior, evidence, constraints, and success criteria.

02Brand and accessibility as inputs

Give the system tokens, content rules, interaction requirements, and exclusions it can actually follow.

03Responsibility map

Decide what the designer, model, agent, reviewer, and stakeholder may propose or approve.

04Direction, not volume

Use references, contrast, and critique to produce distinct directions rather than hundreds of variations.
